The Thinking Mind is made of thoughts
The Thinking Mind is the brain in our head. The Feeling Mind is the activity of our heart chakra situated within our subtle energy body (Aura) at the center of our chest.
Although the brain is made of billions of nerve connections the experience of our Thinking Mind is made of thoughts - AND THOUGHTS CAN BE CHANGED.
To begin with, changing our habitual thinking patterns is difficult, but by simple practices such as "Applying the opposite thought" to the ones that are disturbing us, then we can make some progress. As we practice changing habits, purifying our mind, applying the opposite thoughts, and learning to entertain thoughts in our mind, then we begin to be able to CHOOSE THE THOUGHTS that make up our mind - and that is a beautiful thing to master, it brings happiness, and is well worth the steady and gradual practice of achieving.
DAILY, STEADY, GRADUAL PRACTICE
If we attempt perfection in one day then we won't achieve much of anything. Learning to become THE MASTER OF OUR MINDS takes time and daily practice, but it is well worth the effort - can there be any greater thing to do than this?
